To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting nurses

  • Held a role as a recruiting or talent acquisition manager (or similar title)

  • MUST have experience in creating a sourcing/ networking strategy for a department

  • Have strong communication skills

  • Ideally hold at least a bachelor’s degree in HR or a closely related field
